Creating a lifestyle where you can enjoy foods and still stay in great shape is the goal for everyone no matter if your an athlete or a weekend gym warrior adding steps to your day will only benefit you . E.g. instead of maintaining your physique on 3000 calories you will be able to maintain 3200-3400 with adding 10,000+ steps daily 😀

3. Improved Recovery

Better cardiovascular shape always = improved muscle recovery from workouts 💪 more recover = better more productive workouts for muscle size and strength 💪

Ten thousand steps is no magic number it’s just a good starting point 👌 but if you can only manage 7000 steps daily to begin with that’s great work with what you can and progress slowly over time . I have found the more steps you can do daily the easier your lifestyle becomes 💯 and there is a very low energy demand to walking daily so recovering from 15+ thousand steps daily won’t be an issue for the majority of people .
