“Rebuild & Recharge Smoothie”

Here’s a simple, delicious, and effective post-workout recovery smoothie recipe:

Ingredients:

1 scoop whey protein (vanilla or unflavored works well)

1/2 cup cherries (fresh or frozen, pitted)

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp creatine monohydrate

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water for fewer calories)

1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions:
