My perfect Day ATM

Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.

Here’s my ideal day, start to finish.
No fantasy. Just alignment.

I wake up at 3:45am. No snooze. Straight up.
Electrolytes. Creatine. Quiet house.
That silence before everyone wakes up is mine. That’s where I build.
Quick check: Bodyweight. Readiness. How I actually feel.

Then I train.
First is engine work. Proper Zone 2. Controlled watts. Nasal breathing. No ego. I’m building the aerobic base that wins long term, not just today’s workout.

Then intervals. Hard but measured. Watts logged. Output tracked. I’m not guessing anymore. I’m improving.

After that, strength.
Chest and back. Heavy compounds first. Reverse grip bench. Chest-supported rows. Clean reps. Strong. No junk volume. No ego lifting. Everything I do now feeds performance, longevity, and HYROX.
I leave the gym powerful, not wrecked.

School run next.
I’m present. Not distracted. Not stressed.
My kids see consistency. They see discipline. They see a man building something from nothing. That’s more important than any physique or medal.
Mid-morning is business.

Deep work. No scrolling.
Smartsfitness programming. Client check-ins. Website improvements. Content planning. Systems. Automation. Growth.
I move like a CEO now, not someone “trying to make it.”
Every task pushes toward freedom.
Freedom to provide.
Freedom to choose my time.
Freedom to build something my kids are proud of.

Midday fuel.
High protein. High carbs. Structured. No emotional eating.
Steps throughout the day. I stay moving. I don’t decay in a chair.

Afternoon is creative output.
Filming content. Talking about mental health. Training properly. Educating people on performance, not trends.
If one person messages saying it helped them, that’s impact. That’s why I do this.
Later, outdoors if possible.

Pen y Fan hike. Weighted walk. Fresh air.
It grounds me. Clears my head. Reminds me this is bigger than reps and numbers.

Evening is family.
Dinner together. No phone at the table.
Calm energy. Stable mood. No crash. No chaos.
Light mobility or planning if needed, but nothing obsessive.

Before bed, I review:
Did I train with purpose?
Did I build the business?
Did I show up as a father?
Did I move forward?
If the answer is yes, I sleep satisfied.
Not because the day was easy.
But because it was effective.

That’s my ideal day.
Disciplined.
Structured.
Family first.
Building strength and freedom at the same time.
